An international group of companies based in Limassol, Cyprus is looking for a CFO / Deputy CFO / Financial Manager — someone who doesn't just crunch numbers but can clearly explain where they came from and where they're going. Strong Russian/English is essential for this role.

- shaping financial strategy and consolidating reporting under IFRS;
- overseeing cash flow, treasury operations, and liquidity management;
- structuring holding entities, SPVs, and intra-group financing arrangements;
- handling international tax matters and transfer pricing;
- supporting fundraising efforts and M&A transactions;
- managing currency risk, compliance, and the finance team;
- communicating confidently with banks, investors, and the board.
