We are looking for a Chief Technical Product Officer (CTPO) to join a fast-growing international technology business at an important stage of its growth.
This is a high-ownership role combining Product, Engineering and Technology. You will work closely with the executive team and take end-to-end responsibility for turning customer and market needs into products that can be built, shipped and scaled successfully.
We are looking for someone who has already built and scaled technology organisations — but still enjoys being close enough to the product, customers and engineering to make things happen.

- Product & delivery: turn customer and market needs into products and drive them from idea to production.
- Technology & architecture: own the technical direction and build scalable, maintainable systems for the next stage of growth.
- Engineering organisation: build, develop and motivate a high-performing technology team.
- Security: own application and technology security and support the company’s security and certification journey.
- Execution: make autonomous decisions, balance speed with technical quality and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Customers: participate in client and commercial discussions and translate business problems into effective technical solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Engineering + Product background.
- Experience scaling a startup, product or engineering organisation through multiple stages of growth.
- Strong software architecture and backend engineering fundamentals.
- Experience building and developing engineering teams.
- Genuine ownership of product and business outcomes.
- Strong customer and commercial understanding.
- Ability to make pragmatic technical trade-offs while managing quality and technical debt.
- Strong understanding of application and code security.
- Technically credible and comfortable going hands-on when necessary.
- International product-company experience is highly relevant.
- Software Engineering/STEM education is preferred, but not mandatory.
Leadership & Mindset
We are looking for a builder rather than a corporate operator.
Someone who is autonomous, commercially minded and customer-centric; who enjoys challenging existing approaches, developing strong engineers and finding better ways to build.
You should be comfortable making difficult decisions, challenging senior stakeholders, being transparent about problems and taking real ownership of the outcome.
Language
Russian — mandatory.
Strong English is required for international business and client communication.
Location
Candidates should already be based in the UK/Europe or be prepared to relocate.
The UK is preferred, with regular travel to London expected. Candidates across Europe and selected nearby markets can also be considered.
Relocation and visa sponsorship can be supported.
Compensation
Competitive base salary + equity.
