2. What Data We Collect and Why
Candidates: identity and contact details, professional profile, assessment notes, and correspondence.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures, legitimate interests in matching candidates with vacancies, and consent for talent pool processing.
Clients: name, job title, business email, business phone, contract data, and commercial correspondence.
Freelancers and contractors: name, contact details, tax ID, banking details, contracts, invoices, and performance data.
Website visitors: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps collected through cookies.
3. How Long We Keep Your Data

Data is securely deleted or anonymised after the applicable period.
4. Who We Share Data With
Client companies receive candidate CVs only for specific active vacancies, with the candidate's knowledge.
Technology service providers, professional advisors, and authorities may receive data where necessary and lawful.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International Transfers
Where we transfer data outside the EEA we do so under Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, or on the basis of an adequacy decision.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict processing, request portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact: legal@stratossearch.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the AEPD: www.aepd.es.
