The Role

This is an entry point into one of the most specialized engineering search firms in Europe, working directly with our delivery team on low-latency, systems, and ML engineering searches.

You'll start by supporting active search engagements across high-frequency trading, quantitative finance, AI, and web3; sourcing, screening, coordinating, and learning what a quality technical search process looks like from the inside.

Over time, you'll be coached into owning your own candidate relationships, client communication, and technical searches end to end.

This role combines technical recruiting, candidate delivery, market mapping, and client-facing consulting.

This role is built for someone early in their recruiting career who is hungry to learn and wants to build a long-term career in technical recruiting within a team that genuinely invests in its people.

If you've spent a couple of years in agency recruiting, recruitment delivery, or sales and want to work around senior engineers, technology leaders, and high-growth companies, this is the seat.

What You'll Do Starting Out

• Source and identify candidates for active engineering searches across trading, AI, infrastructure, backend, and web3

• Learn to read and understand technical resumes, distinguishing genuine hands-on engineers from candidates who simply list the right keywords

• Manage candidate pipelines, keep the CRM clean, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks

• Coordinate interviews and logistics between candidates and clients

• Research target companies, map engineering teams, and build longlists for new search engagements

• Draft outreach messaging and help refine how we position opportunities to senior engineers and technology leaders

• Sit in on client calls and candidate debriefs to learn how technical searches are run at a high level

• Build foundational knowledge of the engineering hiring landscape, common technology stacks, and how strong engineering teams are structured

What You'll Grow Into

• Running your own candidate relationships end to end, from first outreach through offer and close

• Owning client intake calls and managing client communication on active searches

• Developing your own network and market expertise in engineering hiring

• Confidently discussing technical concepts with candidates and clients

• Building long-term relationships with both candidates and hiring managers

• Supporting business development activities and helping expand existing client relationships

• Eventually building and managing your own desk with full client ownership

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in agency recruiting, recruitment delivery, recruitment consulting, or sales

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Curious, coachable, and not precious about doing the unglamorous work early on

• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team environment

• Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients alike

• Interest in technology and willingness to learn technical domains

• Professional English communication skills

• Willing to work on-site from our Valencia office, Monday to Friday
